Clear Polyurathane Varnish (gloss/matt)

Product description and uses

It is a clear polyurethane-based which is excellent for coating for all types of interior timber, including
wooden floors. The dry film provides a durable surface, which is highly resistant to wear as well as water,
alcohol and usual household chemicals, brings out the natural beauty of the timber.

  • Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free from sanding dust, oil and grease.
  • Finish: Semi-gloss.
  • Application: By brush, roller or spray.
  • Thinning and mixing: Thin with white spirit for brush or roller application.
  • Equipment cleaning: Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with white spirit.
  • Drying time: Recoatable in 16 hours.
  • Color range: Clear.
  • Spreading capacity: 13-15m2 per litre when applied on a primed or painted smooth surfaces.
  • Pack sizes: 1 Litre, 4 Litres and 20 Litres.

Multi purpose Clear Varnish

Product description and uses

A hard wearing alkyd varnish stain, producing a glossy finish suitable for new and previously varnished timber surfaces. It is suitable for furniture manufacture and for general decorative use on all types of untreated timber.

  • Surface preparation: Surface must be dry, clean, and free from oil, grease and other contaminants. Apply 3 coats of multi-purpose clear varnish.
  • Finish: Full gloss.
  • Application: By brush or spray.
  • Thinning and mixing: Thin with white spirit for brush or roller application.
  • Equipment cleaning: Novel white spirit.
  • Drying time: Surface dry in 4 hours. Recoatable in 16 hours.
  • Color range: Clear, mahogany, light oak, dark oak and walnut.
  • Spreading capacity: 13-15m2 per litre when applied on a primed or painted smooth surfaces.
  • Pack sizes: 1 litre, 4 Litres and 20 Litres.


Two Pack Polyurathane Varnish

Product description and uses

A high performance two component polyurethane clear varnish for use on wooden surfaces such as furniture, parquet floor, doors etc. it provides a durable finish with good chemical and abrasion resistance and good flexibility. The product has long pot-life and high build type.

  • Surface preparation: Timber surfaces to be varnished must be clean, dry and free from any contaminants i.e. grease, oil, wax etc.
  • Finish: Clear glossy.
  • Application: By brush, roller or spray.
  • Thinning and mixing: Mix 3 parts by volume of two pack polyurethane varnish clear with 1 part by volume of two-pack polyurethane hardener. Thin down with two pack polyurethane thinner to suitable application viscosity. Allow to stand for 20 minutes before use.
  • Equipment cleaning: Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with two-pack polyurethane thinner.
  • Drying time: Surface dry within two hours. Sand-able and recoatable after 12 hours when the product is hard dry.
  • Color range: Clear.
  • Spreading capacity: 12-16m2 per litre at 40 microns.
  • Pack sizes: 1 litre, 4 litres and 20 litres.
