Vinyl Matt Emulsion

Product description

A copolymer based emulsion paint, it gives maximum protection on interior and exterior surfaces and produces a high opacity smooth matt finish without leaving brush marks.

  • Uses: Can be used on all new and previously painted surfaces e.g. plaster, concrete, building boards etc.
  • Surface preparation: New plaster or concrete All nibs, loose materials and efflorescence should be removed, small cracks are filled and smoothed down to ensure the surface is clean and dry For priming apply 1 coat of matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency. 2-3 coats of matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency. Previously white washed or distempered walls Old coatings of white wash or distemper should be removed by scrapping or wire brush and anything that remains should be bound using 2 coats of clear seal or penetrating primer and left to dry for 4 and 16 hours respectively, then apply 2-3 coats of matt emulsion. Whereas previously painted walls should be sanded down and 2 coats of matt emulsion applied. Of 16 hours between application of coats.
  • Finish: Matt.
  • Application: By brush, spray gun or roller.
  • Thinning and mixing: Thin with tap water to the right consistency.
  • Equipment cleaning: Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with water.
  • Drying time: Recoatable after 4 hours.
  • Color range: A wide range of colors.
  • Spreading capacity: 11-14m2 per litre at 40 microns DFT.
  • Pack sizes: 1 litre, 4 litres and 20 litres.

Silk Vinyl Emulsion

Product description

A copolymer based emulsion paint and light fast pigments, it has a silky appearance and exceptional toughness and wash-ability.

  • Surface preparation: New unpainted walls Apply one coat of matt emulsion of the same color then 2-3 coats of silk vinyl emulsion. Previously painted walls Remove all loose flaking material and powdery paint. If necessary porous walls should be primed with two coats of clear seal then apply 2-3 coats of silk vinyl emulsion.
  • Finish: Silky sheen finish.
  • Spreading capacity: 10-14m2 per litre. Pack sizes 1 litre, 4 litre and 20 litres.

 Super Matt Emulsion

Product description

A copolymer based emulsion paint, suitable for interior and exterior surfaces.

  • Uses: Can be used on all new and previously painted surfaces e.g. plaster, lime, stone, blocks etc. And has excellent hiding power. It is economical and does not need primer or previously painted surfaces.
  • Surface preparation: New plaster or concrete All nibs, loose materials and efflorescence should be removed, small cracks are filled and smoothed down to ensure the surface is clean and dry 3 coats of super matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency. Previously painted sound and unsound Remove all loose flaky materials by scrapping down to a firm base. Once the surface is clean and dry apply 2-3 coats of super matt emulsion thinned with water to normal working consistency.
  • Finish: Matt.
  • Application: By brush, spray gun or roller.
  • Thinning and mixing: Thin with tap water to the right consistency.
