Novel Paints Penetrating Primer is a deep-penetration sealer made for old, dusty, powdery, chalking, or porous walls. It soaks into weak surfaces and strengthens them so your topcoat sticks better and lasts longer.

Perfect for exterior walls, aged buildings, neglected surfaces, and areas previously painted with cement paint, lime wash, or weak coatings.

• Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, dirt & loose paint
